Healing is hard. It's hard because paradoxically it is the easiest thing we can ever do. But our minds struggle to allow that to be true. We must forget our minds to find ourselves.

Mentoring is a sacred invitation to step into our fullness, allowing us to embrace the transformative power of healing.

Rather it is decided together, based on the value and growth both feel he can bring to the situation.
