The Embodied Healer takes a sensitive and personal look at some of the deeper aspects of healing and the healing process from the perspective of a master of the art. Many of these are taken for granted by those within the healing worlds, relying on superficial answers, without any real thought or testing of the explanations. Others can only be answered by someone who has immersed themselves in healing for decades.

The title, The Embodied Healer, comes from Adrian’s belief that the full potential of healing only comes about when we fully embody its principles and dynamics.
